He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William "Bill" Sluyter and Laura Sluyter (Sites); his wife Kathy Krause Sluyter; his sons, Jason Sluyter (Erin Hanson) of East Lansing, Jeremy Sluyter (Tara) of Towanda and Justin Sluyter of Towanda; his grandchildren, Rylee, Reese, Kaylen Sluyter, Tristin Arnold and Madi Arnold; and his siblings, Julia Johnson (Erling "Jug") of Towanda, James Sluyter of Towanda, Billy Sluyter (Patty) of Colorado, Nancy Hufford and Rose Mary Cendar.
The family suggests that contributions be directed to Towanda Youth Wrestling, 203 Third Street, Towanda, PA 18848 in memory of Robert William Sluyter.
