She is survived by: her husband Mark Kinsman; her children, Charles Robert Saxon and Christina R. Saxon; her stepchildren, Marie Place and Kevin Kinsman (Heidi Gowin); her grandchildren, Trevor Saxon, Spencer Saxon, Octavius Chacona and Athena Chacona (Mike West); her stepgrandchildren, Alex Boyer, Aaron and Addy Bardell; her sister Carol; her siblings-in-law, Mike Pierce, Keith and Ellie Kinsman; and her niece Jennifer Rowe.
The family suggests that contributions be directed to the American Cancer Society, Bradford Unit, 1948 East Third Street, Williamsport, PA 17701 in memory of Sally Lee Rowe Kinsman.
