With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Suzanne L. Alexander of Towanda, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Though Suzanne may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Suzanne touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul LaRue Temple and Ruth Helen Gearinger Temple; her husband Lee D. Alexander; and her brother William Temple. She is survived by: her daughters, Wendy Marie Johnson (Rusty) of Burnet, TX and Beth Anne VanDeMark (Joseph Jr.) of Rome, PA; her granddaughter Khloey VanDeMark; and her sister Deborah Geanacopoulos.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Maryott-Bowen Funeral Home (217 York Ave, Towanda, PA 18848). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family suggests that contributions be directed to Towanda Area Christian Outreach, 1876 Golden Mile Road, Wysox, PA 18854 in memory of Suzanne L. Alexander.
