He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Bixler and Mae Hoffman Bixler; his former wife Debra J. Miller Bixler; and his sister Christine Rodichok. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Hoffman Readinger-Bixler; his daughters, Angie Bixler (Eddie Bohr) and Heather Lee (Christian); and his grandchildren, Ashley, Austin Bohr, Kinsey, Brendan and Sophie Lee. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Home (644 E Grand Ave, Tower City, PA 17980). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
