It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William D. Darling of Townville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 16, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint William leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dixie Howard and Reha Darling (Sherwood); and his siblings, Denny and Dixie. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his daughters, Brenda L. Darling of Meadville and Kelly Clark (Joel) of Meadville; his grandsons, Robert Swartzfager (Kate), Dylan Swartzfager and Wade Clark; and his great grandchild Grace Marie Stevenson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
