She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Phillips and Florence Herman Phillips; and her husband John R. Hamalak. She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Ozor (Matt); her brother Allen Phillips; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Alexander; her nieces, Danielle Stauffer (Don) and Stephanie Stroh (Todd); her nephew Adam Phillips (Billie Jo); Sherry Turek, Chris and Kelly Singley. She is also survived by five great-nieces and one great-nephew.
