We announce the death of Mark Edwin Nugent of Transfer, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 11, 2026, at the age of 76. Mark will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Nugent and Meriel Nugent; and his grandson Bennie Gatling Vadala. He is survived by: his wife Gloria L. Nugent (Scaggs); his children, Ross (Kathy Nugent), Kerry (Tony Vadala) and Kyle Nugent of Mercer, PA; his grandsons, Hunter and Landon Vadala; his stepgranddaughter Ashley Vadala; and his siblings, Ida Mae Palko of Columbus, OH and Keith Nugent of Sharon.
