He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Edith Nebinger (Karnes) and Leroy Nebinger; his wife Gail Nebinger; his daughter Jennifer Nizio (Brian); his grandchildren, Ryan Nizio, Erik Nizio and Addison Nizio; his son Bobby; and his sister Linda Barrett (Mike Barrett).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Saint Ephrem School, in honor of his 3 grandchildren.
