He is survived by: his wife Karen Ludwig Starr; his son Jason Starr (Trish) of Allenwood; his grandsons, Liam and Dylan Starr; his siblings, Janet Derr (David) of New Smyrna Beach, FL, Kathy Myers of Linden, Mary Bendock (Charlie) of Laceyville, David Starr of Easton, Susan Keller (Jay) of Catawissa, Theresa Snyder (Gregg) of Williamsport, Byron Starr (Becki) of Harrisburg, Carol Brophy (Mark) of Wellsville, NY, Barbara Niklaus (Rik) of Williamsport, JoAnn Carbaugh (John) of Carlisle and Shawn Starr (Joe) of Williamsport; and his stepsister Angela Garner of Williamsport. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
