She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Harper and Evelyn Mills (Brown); and her brothers, Chris Harper and Charlie Yanney. She is survived by: her spouse Dale L. Crouse; her stepdaughter Susan Harvey (Mike); her nephew Dewayne Harris (Rhonda); and her great-nephews, Elliott and Christopher.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Trout Run Cemetery (10294 Lycoming Creek Rd, Trout Run, PA 17771).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Candy's name to Lycoming Creek Anglers' Club, 2079 Blair St. Williamsport, PA 17701.
