She is survived by: her significant other Randall Ulmer; her children, Douglas Ulmer (Tamara) and Meredith Dawes (Daniel); her grandchildren, Nathan and Reagan Ulmer; her siblings, Ken Fornwalt (Kim), Stephen Fornwalt (Tracy), Brian Fornwalt (Joy) and Connie Batdorf; and her sisters-in-law, Jeanetta Ulmer and Carol Ulmer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
