He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A. Bowes and Margaret S. Bowes (McClintock). He is survived by: his wife CammieSue Bowes; his children, Vanessa L. Hurlock (Roland) and Alexander W. Bowes (Jordan) of Williamsport; his brothers, James Bowes of Williamsport and Steven Bowes (Debra) of Williamsport; and his brothers-in-law, Russ Ettinger of Williamsport and Matthew Ettinger of Williamsport. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
