She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur C. Hamm and Geraldine Hamm (Hatch); her former husband Roger L. Bellows, Sr.; her husband Donald F. Haflett; her son-in-law E. Michael Walker; her grandson Derrike J. Bellows; her siblings, Howard Hamm, Paul Hamm, Pauline Young (Bill) and Barb Chilson (Max); and her brother-in-law Larry Vanderhoff.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Walker of Coryland, PA, Patty Wilde of Loris, SC, Roger L. Bellows, Jr. (Anita) of Troy, PA and Randy Bellows (Amy) of Canton, PA; her grandchildren, Chris, Tonya Walker, Jeremi Walker, Tracey Titus, Ian Quint (Brittany), Emma Quint, Mason Bellows (Nadera) and Cassidy Butcher (Travis); her great grandchildren, Curtis Walker, Channing Larson, Valencia Larson and Wrenley Butcher; her stepdaughters, Staci Putnam (Barry) and Evelyn Cryan (Duke) of Troy, PA; her stepgrandchildren, Summer Finan (Joseph), Justin Putnam (Rachel), Caden Putnam, Faith Cryan and Frank Cryan (Hannah); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Daryn, Iris Finan and Stella Cryan; and her siblings, Audrey "Polly" Vanderhoff, Bonnie Lathrop (Skeet) and Pete Hamm (Mona).
