With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jay Parks of Troy, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 23, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lester Burton and Eleanor J. Parks, Jr. (Stutzman); his sisters, Barbara Parks of Amhurst, NY and Carolyn Koons of Amhurst, NY; his nieces, Noelle, Jenni and Pamela; and his friend Megan.
