He was predeceased by: his parents, Willam Phillips and Catherine Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Dian (Kessler); his children, Eric Phillips (Debbie Badnarik) of Woodleaf, NC, Stephanie (Mike McGowan) and Diana (Greg Smith); his grandchildren, Jason and Maisie; his sisters, Barbara and Cathy; and his pet Memphis.
