He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Batterson and Geraldine Batterson (Smith); his daughter Penny Lynn; his grandson Daine; and his great grandchild Bentley.
He is survived by: his children, Lissa Chapdelaine (Mark), Tammy Jo Frost (Leroy), James Batterson (Christy), Douglas Batterson and Sherri Kerr; his grandchildren, Matthew (Amanda), Tyler (Kaylee), Austin (Krystal), Sara Jo, Emily, Elliott, Colton, Devin (Angel), Korynn, Brooke, Anna and Jesse; his great grandchildren, Payton, Alaina, Taylyn, Lucas, Sophia, Charlie and Colton; his sister Beverly Smith (Bill); his sibling's children, Sandy Kisinger (Joe) and David Smith; and his pets, Chase and Bo.
