She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Rothenberger and Martha Rothenberger (Espenship); her husband Jimmy; her grandparents, Corson and Annie Espenship (Troxel); her siblings, Russell, Charles, Edward, Pearl and Marie; and her children-in-law, Allen Kauffman, Terry Detweiler, Pam Coles and Patty Coles.
She is survived by: her children, Marti Rusk (Tom) of Troy, Faye Kauffman of Oracle and James "Gaf" Coles of Arizona; her grandchildren, Tanya Route (Craig), Melissa Davis (Nathan), Rebecca Bellows (Greg), Chad Kauffman (Heather), Kurt Kauffman (Shanna), Rachel Bown (Ryan), Zachary Detweiler (Nicole), Brandi Coles, Brittany Coles and Andrea Perry (Devon); her siblings, Gloria "Chickie" Daymont of Maryland and Harold Rothenberger of Virginia; and her close friends, Dave LeVan (Deb), Sally VanNoy and Jim Fitch (Carol). She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbors.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the First Christian Church of Alba (74 Church Dr, Alba, PA 16910).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Nancy's name may be directed to the First Christian Church of Alba.
