He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard L. Knapp and Della L. Knapp (May); and his siblings, Ruth Vanderpool, Robert Knapp, Mary Wood and John Knapp.
He is survived by: his wife Priscilla E. Knapp (Wood); his children, Wade E. Knapp (LuAnn) of Troy, PA and Eva R. McCoy (Greg) of Grant, FL.; his grandchildren, Marta, Ellie and Kyle Knapp; his sister Linda Leonard of Texas; and his nephew Dean Vanderpool.
