He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Welch and Barbara Grover; his wife Mary Frances Welch; his daughter Amanda O'Connor; his grandson Benjamin O'Connor; and his sister Debbie Wright.
He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Tingler (Brian); his son-in-law John O'Connor; his siblings, Randy Welch (Olga) and Sharon Wood; and his grandchildren, Christopher O'Connor (Nicole), Brittany O'Connor, Ryan O'Connor, Noah Tingler, Makenna Tingler and Lydia Tingler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Pepper Funeral Home and Cremation (578 Springbrook Dr, Canton, PA 17724).
