She is survived by: her mother Berdene Podaski (Dale); her sons, Scott Bassett and Dustin Chaapel; her grandchildren, Serina Bassett, Jared Bassett and Wyatt Chaapel; her brothers, Lynn Bassett (Cheri), James Bassett and Scott Johns (Jean); her close friend Pauline Brown; and her siblings-in-law, Victor Chaapel (Kathy), Loretta Wilcox (Steve), Bonnie Snyder (Roy), Donna Porter (Randy), Cindy Longstreet and Barbara Chaapel (Mike Dowling). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
