He was predeceased by : his parents, Herbert Rogers and Frances Rogers; his sisters, Joan Ayers, Joysaln Ross, Jean Bell and Barbara Crider; and his pets, Jeff, Duke, Ladie, Susie and Daisy.

He is survived by : his wife Dawn Rogers; his children, Heather Rogers (David Badalamente), Jennifer Rogers-Davis (Eric King), Matthew Harvey (Christina), Timothy Harvey (Amy), Joshua Harvey (Rita) and Thomas Harvey (Carissa); his siblings, George Rogers, Herbert Rogers and Nancy Seachrist; his grandchildren, Jordan Smith, Sean Harvey, Tristan Harvey, Logan Harvey, Dean Harvey, Christian Harvey, Ashton Blight and Issac Harvey; and his pets, Missy and Patches.
