He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Jacques and Hazel Jacques (Howell). He is survived by: his wife Esther Jacques (Bray); and his children, Kimberly Yeager (Carl), Karen Coolbaugh (Art), Kenneth Jacques (Michelle) and Carl Jacques, Jr. (Sandra). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
