He is survived by: his former wife Donna Bytheway of Lucerne Valley, CA; his children, Kirk Bytheway (Quinn), Kim Bytheway (Mary) of Julian, PA and Jamie Bytheway of Mill Valley, CA; his close friend Marcia Balberchak of Plymouth, PA; and his brothers, David Bytheway of Wilkes-Barre, PA and Scott Bytheway (Robin) of Noxen, PA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
