He was predeceased by : his parents, Loyd Wall and Eleanor Wall (Richards); and his siblings, John Wall and Katherine Phillips. He is survived by : his wife Sally Wall (Appleby); his sons, Donald Wall (Anne) and Matthew Wall; his grandsons, Christopher and Michael Wall; and his brothers, Robert (Sandra) and Ronald (Angela). He is also survived by his spouse, children, and grandchildren.
