She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Phillips and Grace Allen Phillips; her siblings, Harold Phillips, Eleanor Harvey and Elaine LaFrance; and her daughter Elizabeth Shotwell.
She is survived by: her husband Earl Shotwell; her children, Grant (Deborah Shotwell) of Tunkhannock and Donna Shotwell (Michael Kisielewski) of Sarasota; her grandchildren, Ryan Shotwell, Ashley Bedway, Justin Shotwell, Lindsey Kisielewski and Erin Kisielewski; and her great grandchildren, Brody and Sylvia Bedway.
