She was predeceased by : her parents, Petrus Vreeburg and Maria Anna Vreeburg; her former life partner Gerard Lubbe; her husband Peter Ubachs; and her siblings, Annie Heemskerk, Riet Omtzicht, Helene Van Reisen and Jan Vreeburg.

She is survived by : her children, Theodore Lubbe, Eleanor Berry, Karen Lubbe and Gerard Lubbe; her children-in-law, Susan Lubbe, Rene'Lubbe and Pete Berry; and her grandchildren, Juliana Green, Rachel Lubbe, Anja Lubbe and Santino Lubbe.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations in Elizabeth's memory be made to the Wyoming County Cancer Society, PO Box 629, Tunkhannock, PA 18657.
