He is survived by : his wife Joyce Ross Salzmann (Hefferan); his daughter Angelique Gillespie (Brandon); his stepchildren, Kenni Ross Parr (Robert), Frank Ross (Helene) and John Ross; his grandchildren, Alic, Austin Jordan, Mary, John, Sarah, Zachary, Joseph Ross, Matthew, Jesse, Daniel, Samuel, Maryn, Aubrey, Lily Parr, Kendall Mowry and Hannah Brown; his nieces, Lynn Carpenter, Kim Piper and Mary Piper Waters; his nephew John Piper; and his sister Linda Clarke. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Frank's name to Hospice or the charity of your choice.

“Uncle Frank had a smile that lit up a room. I remember all my visits to Florida to spend time with Aunt Joyce, Uncle Frank and Pop Pop Hefferan. I was always intrigued by his projects he had going on...building his own electric car was certainly my favorite. Uncle Frank will be missed but in our memories forever. Thinking of and praying for our family”
