We announce the death of Jay Enoch Stark of Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 27, 2026, at the age of 85. He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin Stark and Ann Williams Stark; and his brothers, Paul and Joseph Stark. He is survived by: his wife Erma Cook; and his children, Diane Stark Lee of Tunkhannock, Becky Stark Dilmore of Florida and Robert Stark (Peggy) of Delaware. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
