She is survived by : her husband Donald Buckingham; her daughter Carolene Dunlap (Forrest); her stepsons, Donald Buckingham (Elise) and Terry Buckingham; and her brother Fred Spickerman, Jr. (Debbie). She is also survived by several step grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
