He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth "Luella" Dulsky of Tunkhannock. He is survived by: his father Andrew Dulsky; his wife Debra Dulsky; his children, Corey Dulsky and April Mattern (Richard Mattern); and his grandchild Kacie Mattern. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
