He was predeceased by : his parents, Clair "Bill" Howell and Beulah Lord Howell; his sister E. Marie; his brothers-in-law, Harry VerBryck and Gordy Carr; his nephew Marvin Corby; and his great-nephew Danny Kozick.
He is survived by : his wife Elaine Howell; his children, Trisha Howell (Jason Gross) and Kevin Howell; his daughter-in-law Lisa Sayar Howell; his grandchildren, Nora, Daniel Gross, Layla and Elaina Howell; and his sister Shilrey Corby (Bill). He is also survived by his children and later his grandchildren.
