With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lynn A. Cook of Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania, born in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 23, 2023 at the age of 45. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Lester Cook and Rita Thomas Cook. She is survived by : her children, Rita Smith (Zach) of Forest City, Blake Kakol of Tunkhannock, Natasha Kakol of Middletown, Mya Kakol of Hazelton, Zoe Hart of Schuylkill Haven and Adele Shannon of York; her stepdaughter Shaylee Shannon of York; her siblings, Kelly Zehner (Allen) of Bloomsburg, Sheila Norris (Al) of Ringtown, Roxanne Cook of Ringtown, Trisha Hampton (Devon) and Lester Cook; and her grandchildren, Aaliyah and Brantley Smith.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to help with funeral costs.
