He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Stout; and his sisters, Helen Douglass and Shirley Wolfe. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Sturdevant; his children, Timothy, Jeffrey Stout, Kimberly Notaro and Penny Stout; and his stepdaughter Amy Poage (James). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, a niece, and nephews.
