He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Ney and Mary Ney. He is survived by : his sister Mary Frantz of Meshoppen; his brother-in-law Jeffery Frantz of Meshoppen; his sister Carol Rice of Tunkhannock; his brother-in-law Lawrence Rice of Meshoppen; and his nieces, Lori Austin of Tunkhannock, Melisa Frantz of Meshoppen and Shawn Jagger of Tunkhannock.
