He was predeceased by : his mothers, Henrietta Zack (Weaver) and Gertrude Zack (Schriner). He is survived by : his wife Naomi A. Zack (Eggleston); and his daughters, Cathy Barber (Bob), Susan Curran (George), Jennie Zack and Sally Zack. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Ray's name to Triton Hose Company, PO Box 765, Tunkhannock, PA 18657 or the Lemon United Methodist Church, 1123 SR 29 N, Tunkhannock, PA 18657.
