He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Kuzma and Dolores Kuzma. He is survived by : his close friend Annette Kuzma (Harvey); his children, Katie Keats (Jesse), Ellie Kuzma and Michael Kuzma; and his siblings, Nancy Thaler (Karl) and William Kuzma.
