He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Palmer and Avis Jayne Palmer Bugely. He is survived by: his children, Richard Palmer, Jr. (Helene) of Pittson and Chelsea Stelzer (Cody) of Iowa; his grandsons, Terry Palmer (Bobbi-Jo) of Lake Carey, Joshua Palmer (April) of East Lemon and Gabe Stelzer of Iowa; his stepgrandson Joey Dweck; his granddaughters, Neveah, Piper and Cordy Stelzer; and his stepgranddaughter Marcy Dweck. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
