He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Lewis and Janice Llewellyn Lewis of Tunkhannock. He is survived by : his close friend Marlene Ladner; his sisters, Laura Charles and Leann Danko; his nieces and nephews, Kathlyn Fisher, Melissa Charles, Adam Charles, John Danko, Michael Danko and Steven Danko; and his daughters, Donna Harvey (Larry), Terry Martin (Wayne) and Debbie Ladner.
