She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry L. Haas; and her parents, John Kowalczyk and Stella Kowalczyk. She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Mary Lou Muchichko (Chuck) and Barbara Fisher (Dave); her niece Terri Gerrity; her nephew Harry Haas (Dawn); and her pet Bailey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
