Valla leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Valla’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Valla will carry forward her memory in their hearts.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Pat Bell and Mildred Wright Bell; her husband Lester Lee Posten; her great grandchild Eliza Rae Posten; and her nephews, Eric Youngbluth and Eric Field.

She is survived by: her sons, Rory (Carolyn), Jeffrey (Lisa) and David (Marcy); and her sister Patti Field of Tunkhannock. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
