He was predeceased by : his parents, Wendell Williams and Mildred Dunstan Williams; his sister-in-law Eva Williams; his brother John Galacci; and his stepson David Nicodem.
He is survived by : his wife Diane Mulka; his brother Donald Williams (Christine); his children, Sheryl (David Piavis) of Wapwallopen, William G. Williams of Oregon and Judith Martis (Charles) of Los Alamos; his stepson John Nicodem (Dupont); his grandchildren, David Piavis, Jr., Lucas Williams, Jason Piavis, Zack Martis and Sarah Martis; his great-niece Elle Sossong; and his godchildren, Bridget White and Stacey Williams. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
