He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Leroy Cotner and Carl Welsh, Sr.; his uncle Carl Welsh, Jr.; and his cousin Jason Robinson. He is survived by: his parents, Michael L. Cotner and Beverly D. Cotner (Welsh) of Turbotville; his brother Matthew Cotner of Turbotville; and his grandmothers, Ruth Cotner of Turbotville and Anna Welsh of Manchester, MD.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church (39 Paradise St, Turbotville, PA 17772). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
