He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Jarrett and Cleora Jarrett (Phillips); his wife Hannah Betz; and his siblings, Robert, Richard, William Jarrett and Cathleen McCowan.

He is survived by: his children, Thomas E. Jarrett (Patt) of Stroudsburg, Debra E. Webb (Dennis) of Turbotville and Pamela S. Hendricks (Jim) of Turbotville; and his siblings, Charles Jarrett of Kansas City, Paul Jarrett of Muncy and Barbara Jarrett of Williamsport. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren.
