He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Welliver; his daughters, Tina M. Clemens (Melvin) of McEwensville and Beth A. Martin (Theron) of Turbotville; his great grandchildren, Dillon, Seanna, Thomas, Isabelle, Kinslee, Braxton and Kohen; and his pet Jackson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
