It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara L. Charles of Turtle Creek, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 12, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Whitehead and Myrtle Whitehead (Starkey); her husband Robert Charles, Sr.; and her son Robert Charles Jr.. She is survived by : her children, Kimberly Bence (Gary), Kelly Dolby (Ed), Bruce Charles (Lorna) and Holly Porter (Charles). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
