She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Sikora Sr. and Veronica Sperber (McKula); her husband John "Jack" Kostreva; and her brothers, Steven "Teno" Sikora, Ronald Sikora and Gilbert Sikora.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Annette Gallagher (John) of Pittsburgh and Timothy Adam Kostreva (Nicole Garrison) of North Huntingdon; her grandchildren, Garrett and Liliana Gallagher; her brother Paul Sikora, Jr. (Kathy); and her friend Xuan "Song" Groves. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
