We announce the death of Jean I. Sokolowski of Monroeville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 19, 2026, at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Sokolowski; her sisters, Dorothy and Elsie; and her grandson Scott. She is survived by: her children, Renee Stein (Ray), Maria Sokolowski (Lance), Frank Sokolowski (Joyce) and Melissa Hackenberg (Dave); her grandchildren, Jason, Roman, Kyle, Dominic and Amber; and her great grandchildren, Haley and Sydney. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jobe Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (118 Shaw Ave, Turtle Creek, PA 15145). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph the Worker Parish (2001 Ardmore Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15221).
