He was predeceased by: his sister MaryAnn Kennedy; and his niece Carolyn Howard. He is survived by: his siblings, Shirley Howard (Bill), Cathy Tworek (Ed), Johanna Murock (Mike) and Donna Thompson (Brian); his siblings' children, Michael, Annie Murock, Ed and Katie Tworek; and his caregiver Gina. He is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Soxman Funeral Homes, Ltd. (7450 Saltsburg Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15235). A Mass was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. John the Baptist Church (444 St John St, Pittsburgh, PA 15239).
