He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel E. Stitt Jr. and Mary Ruth Stitt (Storey); his son Daniel "Danny" Stitt IV; and his grandson Zackary Oyler. He is survived by: his pet Gracie; his wife Holly Stitt of Tylersburg; his children, Michelle Scroggins (John) of Clintonville, Maribeth Harmon (Bob) of Grove City, Mitch Stitt of Tylersburg and Georgia Oyler (Keith) of Lucinda; and his grandchildren, Joey Hughes, Justin Hughes, Katie Hughes, Ericka Tuite (Thomas), Steven Harmon (Lorah), Alex Stitt (Samantha), Logan Oyler, Kierra Oyler (Kolton), Anna Stitt and Marissa Scroggins. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
