He is survived by: his children, Scott Hoover (Sharon), Eric Hoover (Kristen), Shawn Hoover and Heather Weaver (Scott); his grandchildren, Blaine Hoover, Brody Hoover, Sarah Orr (Caleb) and Seth Hoover; his great grandchild Adalyn Orr; and his brothers, Charles and Brian Hoover (Barbara).
